DC/DC Converters
CCI manufactures a range of highly efficient & reliable DC/DC converters used widely for Railway applications.

Input voltage ranges from 20V to 135V, output voltages are usually set to either 13V6 or 24V at currents up to 45Amps to suit the customer's application.

Temperature Controllers
Two main types of temperature controllers are manufactured by CCI. A PLC type probe, complete with digital transmitter, used with low cost PLC 24V logic inputs. The second type is a distributed control system, which is monitored and controlled using a PC. The control software interfaces with Ezywine software and all information is logged to a database. Both systems have solutions for economical rotary-fermenter temperature control.

Power and Cost Metering
The Power-Mate is a small versatile unit. It reads out the power, running cost, voltage, current, energy, greenhouse gas emission, for all types of equipment and appliances. Ideal for standby power analysis, it has resolution down to 0.1W. Units are supplied for either 10A (2.4kW) or 15A (3.6kW) applications, or with higher resolution down to 0.01Watts.

Automated Testers
CCI regularly builds dedicated testing equipment, used for testing complete electronic assemblies.

Testers are custom designed and built for the application. All parameter test decisions, (pass/fail), are made by the tester. Total test time is reduced and higher quality is achieved.

Charge / Discharge equipment.
If you have a battery application or problem, please take advantage of our expertise here. We have designed constant current plate-formation chargers with an output capacity of 2kW, both manual and micro-processor controlled types.

Exide uses hundreds of these chargers in their plate formation/charge area of production.
